A Roadmap Built From Your Data.
Not a Template.

After your Foundation — expansive testing and a clinician-led consultation — you leave with a Longevity Plan: the specific protocols you'll focus on, in what order, and why. It's a living document that evolves as your numbers change.

Build Your Plan

Your Annual Health Roadmap

Most health programs hand you a binder of test results and say "good luck." Your Longevity Plan is the opposite: a collaboratively-built document that tells you exactly what to focus on, when, and what success looks like.

+

Personalized Protocol Sequence

Which of the 9 protocols matter most for your profile, ranked by clinical impact. Not everyone starts with cardiovascular. Your data decides the order.

+

Specific Targets

Not "improve your cholesterol." ApoB below 80. HOMA-IR below 1.5. VO2 max above the 75th percentile for your age. Every number has a destination.

+

Timeline & Milestones

When you'll start each protocol, expected duration, and checkpoint dates. A year-long plan broken into actionable phases.

+

Risk Prioritization

Your physician identifies which risks are time-sensitive (elevated ApoB, early insulin resistance) versus which can wait. Urgency informs sequence.

+

Living Document

Your plan updates as protocols complete and new data arrives. Month 6 looks different from month 1 because your numbers have moved.

Three Steps to Your Plan

01

Foundation Assessment

Expansive bloodwork, DEXA, and mobility testing. The data foundation your plan is built on.

02

Foundation Consultation

Your clinician walks through every result, explains what matters, and together you identify priorities and goals.

03

Longevity Plan

The roadmap is built: which protocols, what order, specific targets, and when you'll check progress. You leave with a clear direction for the year ahead.

A Real Plan Structure

Every plan is different. Here's a typical sequence for a member with elevated cardiovascular risk and early metabolic dysfunction.

Months 1 – 2

Foundation + Cardiovascular Protocol

Assessment complete. ApoB elevated at 128. Target: below 80. Start statin discussion, dietary intervention, retest at 8 weeks.

Months 3 – 4

Metabolic Health Protocol

HOMA-IR at 3.2 (insulin resistant). Target: below 1.5. Dietary restructuring, CGM trial, fasting insulin recheck.

Months 5 – 6

Body Composition Protocol

DEXA shows low ALMI. Target: gain 2kg lean mass. Resistance training programming, protein optimization, DEXA recheck.

Months 7 – 9

Sleep + Nutrient Protocols

Sleep variability high. Vitamin D low. Address both in parallel: sleep hygiene protocol, targeted supplementation, retest.

Month 12

Annual Reassessment

Full re-test. Every number compared to baseline. New Longevity Plan built for year two based on what moved and what didn't.

"Every Protocol membership starts with your Foundation Assessment — comprehensive testing to understand exactly where you are. Then in your Foundation Consultation, you sit down with your physician to go through everything together. From there, you build your Longevity Plan — the specific protocols you'll focus on in your first year. As your data evolves, so does your plan."
