02

Week 1 – 2: Testing

Blood draw for your full biomarker panel. DEXA body composition scan. Wearable setup and initial baseline capture.

Week 3 – 4: Foundation Consultation

You sit down with your physician. Every number explained in context. Together, you build your Longevity Plan: the specific protocols you'll focus on and why.

Six Questions Your Annual Physical Can't Answer

01

Your actual cardiovascular risk, not just cholesterol, but ApoB, Lp(a), and the markers that predict events decades early.

02

Whether insulin resistance is already developing. Fasting insulin and HOMA-IR catch metabolic dysfunction years before glucose goes high.

03

Your real body composition. DEXA reveals visceral fat, lean mass distribution, and bone density. BMI tells you almost nothing.

04

Which nutrient deficiencies are silently undermining your energy, sleep, and recovery.

05

Your biological age relative to your chronological age, and the specific levers to widen that gap.

06

What to do first. Not a list of 40 supplements. A prioritized action blueprint based on your data.

Frequently Asked

A 20+ biomarker blood panel (ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, hsCRP, vitamin D, omega-3 index, magnesium, B12, ferritin, full thyroid, ApoE genotype, and more), a DEXA body composition scan, wearable device setup with initial baseline tracking, your Foundation Consultation where your physician explains every result in context, and your personalized Longevity Plan with the specific protocols to focus on first.

Executive physicals are broad but shallow. They run many tests without a framework for what matters most for longevity. The Foundation Assessment is designed around the specific biomarkers that predict chronic disease decades early. You also leave with a Longevity Plan, not just a PDF of lab values. And it costs a fraction of what most executive health programs charge.

No. The Foundation Assessment is a standalone product. You'll leave with a complete picture of your health and your Longevity Plan. If you want ongoing support (coaching, protocol-based optimization, longitudinal tracking), the membership is there. But the Assessment stands on its own.

If you have recent labs (within 60 days) that include the markers we need, we can incorporate them. Most annual physicals don't include ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, or HOMA-IR, so we'll likely need to run a supplementary panel. We'll sort this out during your discovery call.

About 3 to 4 weeks from discovery call to your Foundation Consultation. The blood draw and DEXA happen in weeks 1-2. Lab processing takes about a week. Then you meet with your physician to go through everything together and build your Longevity Plan.

Protocol is not billed through insurance, but the Foundation Assessment (which includes physician-ordered labs and a medical consultation) may qualify as an eligible medical expense under IRS Publication 502. We provide detailed invoices and superbills that you can submit to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Eligibility depends on your specific plan, so we recommend checking with your plan administrator.
